How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• North Island: 1-3 business days
• South Island: 2-4 business days
• Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1-2 days

Items that require programming or on backorder may take longer. We will contact you directly if there is a delay.

Can you ship products internationally?

Yes, we can arrange international shipping for many of our products. Please contact our team for a shipping quote before placing your order.

My order is delayed. What should I do?

If your parcel appears to be delayed, please contact us with your order number. We'll contact the courier and keep you updated until your order arrives.

I don't have a tracking number, how do I find it?

Your tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you can't find it, please contact sales@radiodepot.nz.
